My Apprenticeship Experience

Martin – Head of College Services

Martin, our Head of College Services, completed a Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship to upskill and progress in his career.

He said of his experience:

“My favourite part of the apprenticeship has been the opportunity to network with others on the course and the support I’ve received.

“Sharing experiences and learning best practices from my peers has helped me grow as a more confident manager and leader.

“I would highly recommend an apprenticeship to anyone looking to take the next step in their career or seeking to enhance their skills and experience in their current role.”
