Gregor Macgregor

As Principal, Gregor aims to build on our inclusive and supportive learning environment, where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

He values the role Colleges play in giving people a new start and completed his A Levels at EKC Canterbury College.

His career in education started when he was invited by staff to join as a Learning Support Practitioner. This opportunity allowed him to discover his passion for helping students and supporting their educational journeys.

Since then, he has progressed through East Kent Colleges Group, from Lecturer to Head of Building Services at EKC Canterbury College, before becoming an interim Deputy Principal at EKC Sheppey College.

This opportunity led to a permanent Deputy Principal position at EKC Ashford College, and Gregor is pleased to now return to Sheppey and continue to make a difference for our students.
